GUIDELINES
Guidelines for establishing a positive working relationship between the customer and our cleaning team. They are achieved by maintaining open communication and ensuring that your cleaning needs are met consistently and satisfactorily.
1. Initial Consultation:
Scheduling an initial meeting to discuss cleaning needs and expectations.
In-person or video call visit to identify areas to be cleaned and specific needs.
Conversation about instructions and preferences.
2. Cleaning Checklist
Define the cleaning frequency (weekly, every other week, monthly) and the duration of each cleaning.
Specify which areas must be cleaned, including specific rooms or items that require special attention.
Identify preferences regarding products, tools, and cleaning techniques.
Present a list detailing all general tasks to be performed during cleaning (e.g., dusting, vacuuming, mopping) and specific tasks unique to your home or office (e.g., cleaning specific appliances).
3. Access and Security:
Provide keys, access codes or any instructions needed to access the home or office.
Discuss safety protocols and ensure the safety and care of belongings during cleaning.
If there are pets, provide instructions on any precautions that need to be considered.
4. Communication channels:
Provide contact information for emergencies, last-minute changes or any questions.
5. Feedback:
Provide feedback on the quality of cleaning and any areas that could be improved.
Adjust checklist or cleaning instructions as needed.
6. Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy:
We request payment on the day of service, without exceptions! It can be made in cash, check or money transfer (Zelle or Venmo)
We can work out a different payment arrangement depending on your needs before cleaning services begin. In the case of a bounced check, there is a $35 fee.
We greatly value the partnership built with our clients and understand that unforeseen events happen on both sides.
We request that any cancellations of scheduled appointments be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. In unpredictable situations, we will make every effort to accommodate (these) last-minute changes.
7. Respect and Professionalism:
Treat the cleaning team with respect and professionalism, recognizing the value of their work.
Provide a comfortable work environment, including access to cleaning supplies and amenities such as water and bathrooms.
